:lettaga: T-Task is a powerful tool that helps you stay on top of important events for your client companies. While synchronising data between Lettaga and Bizfile, all key financial dates of client companies are also automatically updated. Based on this information, Lettaga automatically generates reminders for you.

✍️ By using Lettaga, your team can easily share important milestones for each client company, reducing the risk of missing filing deadlines on Bizfile.

1. Upon sign up, all Client’s Next AGM, Next AR, and Next ECI Tasks will be automatically generated through Bizfile Sync. For Bizfile synchronisation, please refer to this page.

   

2. You can manually register individual tasks by clicking the “+Add Task” button.

   

3. Please assign a Task Manager for each task. This Task Manager information can be accessed using the filters below.

   

4. You can search tasks by Text Search, Task Manager, or status.

   

5. Click the “Option > Delete” button to delete. 😱 Please note that deleted items cannot be restored.
