  1. The Chat menu allows you to see your active chats and continue them, or start a new conversation.

  2. You can start a new chat by clicking the '+ New Chat Room' button. This will allow you to select a company and specific members to chat with.

    The search for members is limited to individuals already registered in Contacts. If a member is new, please register them in Contacts beforehand. Contacts User Manual

  3. When the work for a particular Chat Room is complete, you can mark it as Resolved. To make management easier, it's best to create a New Chat Room for each new task.
